Returns & Exchanges
At Bodyva, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please check our Waist Trainer Size Chart carefully before placing your order. The size chart is available on the waist trainer product page and includes clear instructions on how to measure your waist correctly.
Exchanges
For size-related exchanges, Bodyva offers exchanges rather than refunds, subject to the item passing our inspection.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be in new and unused condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
- Show no signs of wear
- Have no stains, marks or odour
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
All returned items will be physically inspected by our team before an exchange is approved. Bodyva reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our inspection requirements.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the Bodyva warehouse for an exchange, unless otherwise required by law.
How to Request an Exchange
To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow the steps provided on our Returns page carefully.
To initiate an exchange:
- Complete the Exchange/Return Form.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation with your return.
- Package the item securely and ensure it meets all our return conditions.
- Send the package to the return address provided on our Returns page.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your exchange has been approved.
Please note: This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods and any applicable legal cancellation rights for online purchases.
